To thoroughly study and implement the conference spirit of the Group Company's Annual Work Conference and Workers' Congress, summarize the work of 2024, clarify the goals and tasks for the new year, accelerate transformational development, and enhance operational quality, Conch New Materials held its 2025 Work Conference and the Fourth Session of the Fourth Workers' (Union Members') Congress on January 17, 2025, in the third-floor conference room of its Wuhu Company. Wang Yanglin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, delivered a work report. Li Xiaobo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The official session of the conference opened with the solemn singing of the National Anthem.

On behalf of the company, Wang Yanglin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, delivered a work report titled "Rising to the Challenge, Mustering Energy, and Striving to Fulfill the Goals and Tasks of 2025". The report summarized the company's main work in 2024, deployed the work for 2025, and proposed six key areas to focus on for operational development: Firstly, to coordinate existing and new capacities and optimize and improve the market layout. Secondly, to comprehensively reduce costs and strive to improve the company's operational quality. Thirdly, to accelerate project development and focus on creating new economic growth points. Fourthly, to strengthen innovation-driven development and continuously cultivate the company's competitive advantages. Fifthly, to establish a solid foundation of compliance and effectively prevent and control corporate operational risks. Sixthly, to adhere to Party building leadership and consolidate a strong force for the high-quality development of the enterprise.

The conference honored the company's annual outstanding managers, advanced comprehensive management units, advanced workers, as well as excellent sales managers, top managers, sales champions, and star experience stores.

After completing all the agendas, Li Xiaobo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, delivered a concluding speech. He fully affirmed the work achievements of 2024 and put forward three requirements for the work in 2025: Firstly, to carefully analyze the current situation and challenges.
